Using common-lisp-controller

When your operating system distribution has support for common-lisp-controller (abbrivated clc or c-l-c), you can also use common-lisp-controller to obtain McCLIM.

Gentoo

emerge dev-lisp/cl-mcclim

Gentoo users will notice, this installation procedure is nothing special. You also need to emerge either cl-clx or use cmucl, which comes with cmucl-clx.

Debian

apt-get install cl-mcclim cl-mcclim-doc cl-mcclim-examples

Debian users will notice, this installation procedure is nothing special. Same as with Gentoo, you either have to install cl-clx-sbcl or use the cmucl-source package, which comes with cmucl-clx.
